Today, members of the High School Cheer Team made a heartwarming delivery to the Bellefontaine Church of God, providing blankets collected during their recent blanket drive at home basketball games. The church will serve as a warming center starting tonight, offering shelter to 30-40 residents each night during the upcoming cold spell. Each resident will receive a warming pack, which includes one of the blankets donated by our community. A huge thank you to the cheer team and everyone who contributed to this important cause!

A first grade Christmas party is like a snowman⛄️ made of giggles, glitter❄️, and the sweetest little hearts.❤️

Mrs. Yoder's first graders celebrated 'Christmas Around the World', as the theme for their holiday party. They studied how cultures around the world celebrate Christmas and incorporated those traditions in a fun and festive celebration complete with games and treats representing those cultures!

Second grade Christmas parties are filled with laughter⛄️, crafts🎄, and the kind of joy that makes even ❄️ snowflakes ❄️jealous.

Reindeer games 🦌 , snowman ornaments ⛄️, and wreath making🎄, treat tasing 🍭, and memory making! It's a great day in 3rd grade!

High school students-freshmen through seniors-are anxiously awaiting the results of their hallway decorating contest. Each grade decorates a hall and teachers judge them for their creativity, festivity, and overall look! What do you think?🎄🎅

Fifth graders recently brought the holiday spirit to life with a fun and engaging Readers Theatre performance of Bob the Goofy Reindeer! The students worked together to memorize their line and add silly effects, all while developing their acting and public speaking skills. Bob, the lovable but clumsy reindeer, had the students laughing from start to finish! It was a joyful and creative way to celebrate the season and showcase the students’ hard work and imagination. Great job, fifth graders!

First graders recently had the exciting opportunity to attend a performance of The Nutcracker. The students were captivated by the beauty and grandeur of The Ohio Theatre, the twirling dancers, and the enchanting music. The tradition, more than 20 years standing, was a memorable experience that brought the holiday season to life and sparked their imaginations!

The high school counseling department welcomed back the Class of 2024 on Tuesday evening. The newly graduated alumni gathered in the Media Center to enjoy pizza, dessert, and reconnect with their classmates. High School Counselor Molly Smith shared information about local job and scholarship opportunities, while staff members stopped by to catch up with their former students. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces!

Our kindergarten classes had a fun-filled week studying all things gingerbread! They decorated their own gingerbread houses, tasted delicious gingerbread treats, colored gingerbread men, created gingerbread-themed hats, and even modeled for gingerbread-themed photos!

On Saturday, December 14th, and Tuesday, December 17th, 64 eager Little Dribblers gathered for four exciting halftime performances, showcasing the new skills they had learned from our high school basketball teams. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for these young athletes to improve their technique, build confidence, and, most importantly, have fun on the court. Led by Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Hollar, the program allows elementary students to learn basketball fundamentals, skills, and drills through separate sessions taught by both the boys' and girls' high school teams. This long-standing tradition has become a favorite for everyone involved, and performing at halftime alongside the high school teams was the perfect way to conclude the experience.
