I scream! You scream! We all scream for Ice Cream! Mr. Spencer's students are learning about physical versus chemical changes in 7th Science class. Ice cream is an emulsion which is a type of heterogenous colloidal mixture. The goal was to build the largest tower. The group with the winning tower received Skittles and M&Ms to eat with their ice cream. It was a fun and delicious lab experiment!
