Festivities kick off on Thursday evening with a special Homecoming Court dinner for Court and their escorts. The special event is catered by Half Day Café.
On Friday afternoon, students will enjoy the first pep rally of the year that will take place in the Tiger Stadium, ahead of Friday night’s Homecoming game against Northeastern.
Festivities will wrap up on Saturday evening with the crowning of the King and Queen in an outdoor ceremony at 8pm, before the Homecoming dance. While some things will look different for the Tiger’s homecoming celebrations, adjustments are working out well, and we are thankful for the help of the Champaign County Health District for working diligently and quickly to give our students a safe alternative for this important tradition.
