This morning, West Liberty-Salem Elementary proudly hosted its annual Breakfast of Champions, honoring the outstanding achievements of our fourth and fifth-grade students. The event recognized those who have demonstrated consistent academic excellence and strong character throughout the school year.
Students were joined by their families for a celebratory breakfast and recognition ceremony. Guests enjoyed a light meal while hearing uplifting remarks from Principal Mr. Hollar, who commended the students’ dedication, work ethic, and positive contributions to the school community.
This year’s event featured a special moment as Daniel Neer, Isabella Hardwick, and Akira Whitman, West Liberty-Salem’s 2025 Valedictorians, delivered the keynote address. Their message of perseverance, goal-setting, and encouragement served as a meaningful inspiration to the younger students being honored.
The Breakfast of Champions is a cherished tradition at West Liberty-Salem, providing an opportunity to celebrate the growth and accomplishments of our students, and to recognize the support of families and staff who help make their success possible.
