The high school show choir, Sound Check, held their annual showcase performance over the weekend in two shows on Saturday. The weather and power outages cancelled one final performance on Sunday evening. Show choir performed a total of 7 pieces inspired by Broadway shows, and soloists and ensembles performed 19 more highly entertaining musical numbers. There was no shortage of entertainment and creativity from this group of very talented musicians, some even performing in multiple songs and dances. Practices began this summer with a choreography camp and followed by practices on Monday evenings.
