The West Liberty-Salem FFA had a great weekend!  The FFA livestock judging team placed FIRST out of 96 teams at the Wilmington Aggies contest on Friday.  The top four students on the team making the team score were Adalyn Caudill, 4th place, Dawson Jenkins, 5th place, Lance Baldwin, 33rd and Kyndall Metz, 141st place, out of a total of 823 students at the contest.  FFA officers Dawson Jenkins, Alyssa Alford, and Morgan Damron all received gold ratings on their FFA officer books.  They will all be honored at the State FFA Convention May 1st.  Finally, the Equine team placed 27th out of 59 teams at the Wilmington Aggies Contest.  The team was led by Gabby Mahon, who placed 69th out 276 students.  Great job to all of our students who participated and made this a really successful weekend!
