Sixth grade Science students are experimenting this week after wrapping up their lesson on soil! They learned all of the components of soil and how it’s affected by things like airspace and water absorption. Students felt different types of soil, compared and examined them for signs of life, roots, rocks, and more. Cade Stokes was really creative when experimenting with water absorption! Due to the lack of snow this season he created his own version of a snowman made of dirt!
