Ohio has recently adopted new standards in the areas of English Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science. The transition to these standards will occur throughout this school year and next. Full implementation of these standards will be expected by 2014-2015.
In addition to the core subject areas, Ohio has developed and adopted new standards in several other areas.
