West Liberty Salem Girls – 51  Mechanicsburg - 43 

Christine Park led the Tigers with 16 points and Becka Peterson had 15 to lead the Tigers to their third straight victory. The Tigers even thier record at 4-4 overall and are 3-1 in the OHC. 

JV score:  WLS – 34  Burg - 21 

Maria Daulton led with 10 points  

Next game is Dec. 28 at home vs. Cedarville - 6 PM start

 

WLS  Girls– 51  Cedarville - 34 

Becka Peterson had a double-double in the win. She led the Tigers in scoring with 18 points and hauled down 14 rebounds. Christine Park had 11 points and Courtney Karg chipped in 10 to lead a balanced attack. The Tigers are now 5-4 overall and 4-1 in the OHC. 

JV score  WLS – 50  Cedarville - 25 

Kelsey Helms led the scoring with 21 and Kaycee Daniels had 12 and Maria Daulton scored 11. The JV's are 7-1 overall and 5-0 in the OHC. 

The Tigers are off until Jan. 7 when they travel to Northeastern.

MS Sports

 

8th Grade Lady Tigers beat Cedarville 40-10 Saturday morning in league action.  The Tigers are now 4-2.  For the Lady Tigers Rachel Loffing had 12 points, Abby Siegenthaler had 8 points and Kaylin Frederick added 6.  For the Indians R. Lee had 5 points and G. Harney had 4.  

7th Grade Lady Tigers beat Cedarville 14-12.  Their record is now 3-3.  For the Tigers Ashley Holleran had 5 points and Lauren Godwin added 4.  For Cedarville E. White had 4 points.   

Middle School Lady Tigers will face Greeneview on January 4th at home. 

 

7th- Boys Basketball:  West Liberty-Salem 7th Grade improved to 4-0 with a 41-29 victory over Cedarville. Tanner Lane had 10, while Ben Burden added 8 and Trent Thomas with 6. 
8th- West Liberty-Salem 8th Grade defeated Cedarville 58-22 behind 24 points from David Branham. Kyle Crawford had 13 and Todd Pease finished with 7. 2-2 on the season!
