2012 Boy's Summer Soccer Schedule

West Liberty-Salem will no longer be sponsoring physical dates for athletes as our pool of local doctors has disintegrated.  Athletes participating in athletics in 2012-13 will need to get their physical done at his/her local physician's office. Click here to download the required form. 
 
Sorry for any issues this may cause. If an athlete needs assistance locating an office that will do physicals, contact Jake Vitt in the Athletic Office @ 465-1060 Ext. 114 and he will be glad to help out.

Additionally- Starting in 2012-13 the admission prices for High School games will be changing to $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for seniors and students.
